Strategy Live! Billing

Billing is a breeze with Strategy Live! simply enter your charges when you book your load.  You can add as many accessorial charges you need calculated using flat rate, mileages, piece rate, percentage and more:

When you ready to print invoices, select the billing page and all of your unbilled loads are there waiting for you.

You can click on the load number to change the charges or simply set the status to Ready to Print, then select print to produce professional looking Freight Bills. 

Invoices are produced as Adobe PDF files which can be printed, faxed or saved.

When you are finished with your billing, you can press the Transfer button to create a data file which can be imported directly into your QuickBooks or PeachTree accounting package.
