Claim tracking is made easy in Strategy5. A centralized claim database containing all necessary claim tracking information may be accessed from the following modules:

Dispatch Pickup and Delivery
Billing Trip Reconciliation
LTL Shipments
Carrier, Driver and Owner/Operator Settlements
Invoicing
Safety and Accidents
Claims Management Module
Claims may be entered from within dispatch at pickup or delivery time to allow easy tracking without the required paper claims register normally associated with claims processing. These claims are then visible in all other appropriate modules for update, query and analysis.
